Small, Medium and Large are complete annual subscriptions, not add-ons. After approval, choose a package from Account and review Stripe checkout, or arrange an invoice/approved PO with FlowStack.

  • Small — $600/year: 500 active devices, 750 roster people, 5 staff/admin logins and 50 student helpers
  • Medium — $2,000/year: 2,000 active devices, 2,500 roster people, 10 staff/admin logins and 100 student helpers
  • Large — $4,000/year: 4,000 active devices, 5,000 roster people, 25 staff/admin logins and 250 student helpers
  • Each package covers one workspace. Needs beyond Large, multiple schools or a poor-fit boundary require a separately reviewed finite quote before use
  • PO, invoice, ACH/check, tax-exemption, and W-9 support
  • Self-service imports carry no assisted-migration fee; requested migration, training and hands-on assistance have a separate written price
  • Email and storage capacity reviewed before launch; no unlimited messaging or storage promise

  3. Approved billing owners select Starter or a larger annual package from Account. Stripe shows the recurring charge before purchase confirmation.
  4. Need more than Large, multiple schools or different capacity? Request a separately scoped finite quote before use; no unlimited capacity or automatic overage charges.

For new workspaces: the monthly trial requires a payment method. $0 today; unless canceled before the trial ends, billing starts at $18/month. Starter annual is $144/year; Small $600/year, Medium $2,000/year and Large $4,000/year. Existing workspaces keep their saved pricing, limits and exemptions. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled.
