How plan selection works

  1. Try the synthetic demo without signing in or entering payment information.
  2. Request access so a real workspace can be reviewed and opened for your team.
  3. Approved billing owners choose a complete package and review payment on Stripe from Account. Existing workspaces keep their saved access.
  4. Students are unique roster IDs, not login accounts or scan totals. Sections are roster groups, not bell periods; an unused default section does not consume a slot. Admin and scan-only account limits do not limit physical scanner devices.
  5. Supported same-period upgrades use reviewed prorated payment; reductions and monthly/annual switches start at renewal. Custom invoice, PO and early billing-period changes remain assisted.
  6. Hosted software, normal maintenance/security updates, documentation and bug/access/billing reporting are included. Live training, hands-on support, migration and custom development are quoted separately.
  7. History storage and email needs remain subject to capacity review. No automatic overage charges or history deletion; contact FlowStack before unusually high-volume or multi-school use.

The first eligible monthly Starter trial requires a payment method. $0 today; unless canceled before the 7-day trial ends, billing starts at $18/month.
