Small, Medium and Large are complete annual subscriptions, not add-ons. After access approval, select a package and review Stripe checkout from Account. Invoice/approved PO arrangements remain assisted.

  • Small — $450/year: 250 active tickets, 50 student/requester logins, 5 staff/admin logins
  • Medium — $900/year: 500 active tickets, 100 student/requester logins, 10 staff/admin logins
  • Large — $1,800/year: 1,000 active tickets, 250 student/requester logins, 20 staff/admin logins
  • Each package covers one workspace; larger or multi-school needs require a finite reviewed quote
  • Hosted software, normal maintenance/security updates, documentation and bug/access/billing reporting included
  • Assisted migration, live training, hands-on support and custom development are separately scoped and priced

How plan selection works

  1. Try the synthetic demo without signing in or entering payment information.
  2. Request access so a real workspace can be reviewed and opened for your team.
  3. After approval, the billing owner selects Starter or an annual school package from Account. Stripe shows the recurring charge before confirmation.
  4. Active tickets are unfinished tickets at one time—not a monthly or annual ticket allowance. Package limits do not promise unlimited email, file storage or accumulated history; capacity is reviewed before onboarding.

The monthly trial requires a payment method. $0 today; unless canceled before the trial ends, billing starts at $18/month.
