What happens next

Submit the request with the email you plan to use.
Valid student join codes register students automatically. Staff and new-workspace requests still require owner review.
Google Classroom students can sign in directly with Google. Students registering with a valid join code use the emailed setup link to connect Google or create a password; staff requests still require approval.

Join code

The join code selects the workspace. A workspace owner/admin must still approve staff access. After approval, use Google or email/password sign-in.
