FlowStack Terms of Service

These terms explain how FlowStack accounts, workspaces, demos, trials, subscriptions, cancellations, invoice support, and acceptable use work.

Effective date: May 22, 2026

1. FlowStack services

FlowStack provides focused school workflow tools for Ticketing, Inventory, Discussion, and Scanning. Each app has its own workflow, access rules, workspace data, plan page, and public demo. Public demos use synthetic data and do not write to a real workspace.

2. Accounts, approval, and workspaces

Some FlowStack apps require sign-in and workspace approval before real workspace access is available. Workspace owners and approved admins are responsible for managing their users, student data, workspace settings, and appropriate use of the tools.

FlowStack may deny, pause, or remove access when needed to protect users, workspace data, billing integrity, or service availability.

3. Free plan

Free plan limits vary by app and are shown on each app's plan page or account page. Free access is intended for a small pilot or starter workflow. Limits may include users, students, sections, classes, active tickets, discussion activity, inventory models, inventory rows, exports, analytics, or history depth.

4. Teacher Pro pricing

Teacher Pro Monthly is $18 per month. Teacher Pro Annual is $144 per year, billed upfront. Annual pricing is equivalent to $12 per month and is a 33% savings compared with paying monthly for a full year.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes, card processing behavior, and receipts are handled through Stripe where applicable.

5. Seven-day Teacher Pro trial

The 7-day trial applies to Teacher Pro Monthly checkout when trial checkout is selected. A payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged at checkout for the trial. Unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends, Stripe automatically starts the Teacher Pro Monthly subscription at $18 per month after the 7-day trial.

During the trial, the workspace receives Teacher Pro access. If the trial is canceled before billing begins, the workspace returns to Free plan access.

6. Renewals, billing portal, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions renew each year. Billing owners can manage billing through the Stripe billing portal when portal access is available from the app Account page.

Canceling stops future renewal charges. After cancellation is recorded by Stripe and synced by FlowStack, the workspace reflects the updated subscription status and may return to Free plan access. Account pages check for signed Stripe updates after checkout or billing-portal return, and refreshing the page also shows the latest synced status.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled manually through Stripe and FlowStack support. If you believe a charge needs review, contact support with the workspace, billing email, charge date, and reason for the request. Refund approval is not automatic.

8. School and department invoice support

School / Department access is invoice-assisted. Invoice support may include purchase orders, ACH/check, school card, tax exemption, W-9/vendor paperwork, approval deadlines, and billing-contact coordination. Invoice-assisted access is not automatic card checkout.

9. Data and acceptable use

Users may only upload, enter, import, or manage data they are authorized to use for their school workflow. Do not use FlowStack to submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or intentionally misleading content, or to access another workspace without permission.

FlowStack is designed for operational school workflows. It should not be used as the only system of record for emergencies, legal notices, medical decisions, or any workflow where delayed access could cause harm.

10. Service changes and availability

FlowStack may update plans, limits, app features, billing flows, supported integrations, and public demos over time. We aim to keep workflows stable, but service availability is not guaranteed at all times.
