Information Collected

FlowStack Voice may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, student age or range, intake responses, lesson goals, scheduling details, profile invite status, family lesson responses, payment status, cancellation requests, and shared lesson notes.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to review lesson fit, send the private intake form, schedule and manage lessons, send reminders and recaps, support student or parent profile access, and keep lesson records organized for instruction.

Public Page Traffic Analytics

FlowStack Voice may collect limited public page usage information to understand whether the lesson site, intake request links, and scheduling-related pages are being reached. This may include page path, event type, referring site, campaign tags, device type, browser family, approximate city, region, and country derived from visitor IP when available, and anonymous session identifiers.

Traffic analytics are visible only to the owner role. Raw IP addresses are not shown or stored in the owner dashboard, though hosting infrastructure or an IP geolocation service may use the request IP to estimate the general area.

Email And Notifications

FlowStack Voice sends owner notifications when intake requests or submitted intakes need review. It may also send lesson schedule updates, reminder emails, family response links, payment-related notices, cancellation updates, and profile invitations.

Student And Parent Access

Profile access is invitation-based. Student and parent views are limited by role and may show schedules, response history, shared lesson notes, payment status, cancellation requests, and other lesson-related details.

Data Retention

Lesson, profile, intake, payment-status, cancellation, and audit records may be kept for instructional continuity, scheduling history, family communication, and owner records unless deletion or archive controls are used where available.

Third-Party Services

FlowStack Voice may use Google sign-in, email delivery services, hosting infrastructure, and calendar file downloads to operate the app. Payment itself is handled outside FlowStack Voice unless Ray gives a different instruction.
