Voice Lessons Terms
These terms explain the expectations for private voice lesson intake, scheduling, payment, cancellations, and profile access.
Lesson Intake And Fit
Submitting an intake request or completing the private intake form does not guarantee lessons, a specific time slot, or a continuing lesson arrangement. Ray reviews requests and intake responses before confirming next steps.
Scheduling
Lesson times are coordinated after intake review. Online lessons may be used when they are a better fit for location, timing, or continuity.
Payment
Current lesson options and rates are shared after initial request and intake review. Payment is handled outside FlowStack Voice unless Ray gives a different instruction for a specific lesson or student.
Cancellations, Refunds, And Credit
Cancellations requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are eligible for a refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are normally held as credit for a future lesson unless Ray approves a refund for the circumstances.
Student And Family Profiles
Student and parent profile access is invitation-based. Profile accounts may show lesson schedules, family responses, shared lesson notes, payment status, cancellation requests, and other lesson-related records.
Respectful Use
Use FlowStack Voice only for lesson intake, scheduling, responses, payment reporting, and related communication. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated content.
